Hello, this is Serno.
Over the past few months, I have created two music videos: **“Still the Lotus”** and **“Washed Again.”** Both have been submitted to competitions, so unfortunately, I won’t be able to share them publicly for a while. Most contests require some form of premiere or exclusivity.
While my main goal in creating videos is to present my music, I’ve found that the process of making visuals itself is also deeply enjoyable. Whether through sound or imagery, my hope is that my work reaches those who need comfort and courage. Still, I feel that music is the truest way for me to express my heart.
At the moment, I imagine there are very few YouTube subscribers or visitors to my website. That’s natural—after all, not a single music video has been released yet. But now that I’ve begun submitting my work to competitions, I plan to focus on producing and sharing more videos in earnest.
Music, video creation, and running this website are all great challenges—and sources of hope—for me. Even in my late forties, I continue to learn and master AI technologies, and through them, I want to show that it’s possible to keep chasing dreams.
Soon, I’ll also be posting my experiences and insights about learning AI technology on this site. In fact, one of the reasons I first created this website was to encourage others to join in this journey. I want it to become a space where people can both find and share knowledge, helping this wonderful technology spread more widely.
If someone like me, in my late forties, can do this, then younger generations—and even those older than me—can certainly do it as well. The world is changing.
I firmly believe that the advancement of AI will transform culture and the arts before it reshapes industry or automation. Last week, Google’s announcement of **NanoBanana** was a major milestone. After trying it myself, I was stunned—the ability to maintain visual consistency means that creating films and dramas with AI is now within reach. Of course, AI-made works have existed before, but the production process was far too difficult. Now, technology will only accelerate, and the barriers to entry will fall.
In the future, it won’t be blockbuster films backed by massive capital that dominate, but personal productions and SNS-driven content that flourish. In fact, that shift is already underway.
This evolution of technology will ultimately create new environments for both creation and consumption.
To everyone visiting my website, I hope you find courage and wisdom here.
And to those who wish to walk this path together—you are always welcome.
With gratitude,
**Serno**
